Thanks to the support of so many friends, the first two phases of the A4A campaign have helped Auroville to acquire over 8 acres of land in one year, encouraging us to aim higher and wider!
As of August 15th, the new Phase 3 goal of the A4A campaign aims at acquiring priority plots anywhere in the Master Plan area (City & Greenbelt areas).

The City of Dawn’s unsecured land is a target for outside developers and land speculators who profit from Auroville’s name and achievements, and compete for its land. The clock is ticking … who will acquire this still-missing land meant for Auroville? The need is urgent and the time is NOW!!
