New land for Auroville thanks to ACRES FOR AUROVILLE donors:
We thank A4A donors for the solidarity which supported the Land Board’s latest purchase in the Greenbelt community of Samriddhi, and we congratulate Auroville’s Land Board on this new success!
Enlarged focus for the ACRES FOR AUROVILLE campaign:
We remind all friends that for A4A Phase 4, the campaign’s fundraising efforts aim at the entire Master Plan area of Auroville – the Matrimandir Circle, the City area, & the Greenbelt!
Art for Land Year 3, as part of the 50th birthday events:
Art for Land is a joint action of Acres for Auroville, the Unity Pavilion, and the AV Arts Service. Its third exhibition and donation drive will be held at the Unity Pavilion from January 1st to February 15th. All artists are invited to participate in this beautiful action of flowing generosity for the land. We’ll inform you when the dedicated website will go online again with this year’s new collection of art in many media, all donated to raise funds for Auroville’s land. New ACRES FOR AUROVILLE video WITH MUSIC:
By popular request, the A4A campaign video for the “50th Birthday gift of land” is now enhanced with a sound track of music by Nadaka. This upbeat video is 3 minutes long and carries the “Auroville Becoming 50” logo. Please share it widely so we can give the City of Dawn a beautiful gift of gratitude! Together we’re building a 50th birthday gift for Auroville, the precious gift of urgently needed land!
